Here’s a little about me: I was born and raised in Los Angeles and I’ve always been very passionate about nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle. I earned my bachelors in nutrition from UC Davis, my master’s from Tulane University and completed a very competitive dietetic residency program at Loyola University Chicago. I’m also a 500 hour certified yoga teacher. I have been studying nutrition for over 15 years and I’m beyond excited to help you lose the weight you have always wanted to lose so that you can feel and look your absolute best!
