    If you're an athlete and ready to take your fitness to a whole new level by dialing in your nutrition then this is the perfect session for you.

    I will calculate your carb, protein, and fat needs to use during training as well as race week. I will also calculate your fluid needs. Lastly, I will provide tailored tips to meet all your needs and help your reach you that PR you're after.

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and a 500 hour certified yoga teacher. I have been studying nutrition for over 15 years and I am beyond excited to help you lose weight so that you can feel and look your absolute best!
